At Healthy Uprising, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a smooth, supportive experience with us.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@healthyuprising.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a free return label that you can download and print.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@healthyuprising.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Approved returns are handled by mail. For eligible returns, we provide a free return label that can be downloaded and printed.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders may already be in processing and may not be able to be changed or canceled.

Additional Notes

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

We recommend reviewing local regulations before ordering, as certain products may be subject to import restrictions in some regions.
