Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

A. It will take usually up to 3-5 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.


Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs. However, it is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Healthy Uprising LLC is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods due to customs.
